Wok in Motion Stir Fry and Sushi Bar

Wok in Motion Stir Fry and Sushi Bar is a popular place in West Glen Towncenter. It offers a full sushi bar and chinese menu. On Friday night I was craving some seasame chicken and shrimp tempura roll. I begged to go to Wok in Motion, and so, we went! It was very busy (as you can imagine on a friday night) but there a few open tables and we were seated. At first our waitress wasn't coming and I didn't knowe how long this was going to take, but the moment I was going to say something she arrived and took our orders. To order sushi, there is a seperate menu and you mark the number of rolls you want in a seperate column. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll (rice, seaweed, fried shrimp, kanbayo crispies, and house sauce). For my main entree, I ordered the very popular seasame chicken. Fifteen minutes later the sushi was ready. It was so good! The shrimp was fried perfectly, and the house sauce really topped it off. About ten minutes after sushi, the main entrees were brought. The seasame chicken was at its best. The sauce was made to perfection, and it was hot, hot, hot! I finished quickly (it was so good!) and was full. Since were "regulars" our waiteress brought us some delicious chocolate, and toffe cakes. If I could eat them everyday, I would! Wok in Motion has never dissapointed me with great stir fry, and sushi. The sevice has always been solid. You feel like your home when your at Wok in Motion. I give five stars because it is simply the best chinese in Iowa, and never disappoints.
